officescan NT RealTime Scan 無法啟動

登入公司exchang主機時發現officescan 防毒軟體呈現紅色狀態,

於是連線到officescan web console 看一下 這一台主機狀態顯示離線


The Trend Micro VSAPI NT service failed to start due to the following error:
Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service



檢查一下主機CPU(只是使用5%) 記憶體(還有1.5G) 也都正常

再去看一下 防毒軟體相關服務是否有啟動

發現 officescan NT RealTime Scan  該服務是stop手動啟動後又馬上停止


查到 以下訊息但是和我的[症頭]不同所以無法解決


The following error appears after performing a manual scan engine update/roll back:

“The OfficeScanNT RealTime Scan service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they have no work to do, for example, the Performance Logs and Alerts service.”

The events log shows the following details:

Source: Service Control Manager

Event ID: 7000

Description: The Trend Micro VSAPI NT service failed to start due to the following error:

This driver has been blocked from loading.


This issue happens when you use the incorrect scan engine for the platform. For instance, you must have used a 32-bit scan engine on a 64-bit machine.

To avoid this, make sure that the scan engine used is for the correct platform.

Performing a manual update or rollback of the OfficeScan scan engine


又查到一篇 (1450 Insufficient system resources exist when Trend Micro is installed)


The solution is to re-boot the system.

看起來好像只有reboot 主機才可以正常啟動,所以在晚上將exchange 主機重開後軟然就可以正常啟動 officescan NT RealTime Scan 且狀態也呈現藍色

如果有朋友知道不需要重開機方法也通知我一下,畢竟重開exchange 主機還是會怕怕的
