之前使用Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5_38774備份Windows Server 2012 Hyper-v 虛擬機器時事件檢視器有1個警告及一個錯誤訊息。Even ID : 10170 & 10160。
與原廠反映後當然他要我收集Log讓他們分析，大約過了周我看到網站上面有新版
Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5_39029，於是將它下載後更新，但是說明文件中部沒有明確指出該問題有修復，果然升級後備份虛擬機器OK但是事件檢視一樣有警告及錯誤訊息。
再約到了第三周原廠有回應，如下
The backups are created successfully but the issue is that the information about that the backup was completed successfully has not been reported to the Hyper-V VSS writer. As a result the error message appears.
The problem has been fixed in the recent builds of Acronis SnapAPI drivers. Unfortunately the latest build does not contain these drivers but you can download it and install on the affected Hyper-V host. Please use the following link to download these drivers:

安裝完畢必須要重新開機，結果再次測試備份時卻無法備份=.= 顯示模組錯誤
後來原廠要我把Hyper-v 代理程式移除重新安裝後在備份看看
於是移除重裝備份就正常沒有警告及錯誤訊息，還原也OK。
不過需要重移除安裝是比較麻煩，看上述原廠說明可能也要下一個修正版才會把這各修正放進去。不過至少解決了該問題。
